Give It A Try!
Have you ever said no before you try? Or have you ever said yes before you know what do you have to try?
Hmmm…I think you should not say no before you try but do not say yes before you know what are you going to try. Is it confusing huh? I think it is not. My point is clear here. What I am trying to say is understand well about your tasks and do not afraid to try various kind of solutions as long as they are not prohibited.
Trying come out with two possibilities, whether you are going to fail or pass. There are no mandatory failure or success. Most of the things are subjective. It is not only matter with what we do but also with “HOW WE DO IT.”
As for example, everyone find money but some managed to get hundreds per month and some got thousands. Everyone go to school to study but some failed and some passed. Everyone eat but some fat and some thin. Hmmm…Is it something to do with what they do or “HOW THEY DO IT?”
So, give it a try!
One more thing…“DARE TO TRY DARE TO DIE”
Is it too extreme? Well, I leave it to how you see it.
In Malay we said, “FIKIRKAN BOLEH!”
My Holiday
Today I would like to write about my life during holiday. I started my day at 6 am in the morning. Open my mother’s stall, wrapping nasi lemak, making teh tarik, kopi tarik, and so on. I would be there until afternoon before children from primary school nearby come out and create a havock environment (hoho…quite). I will spend my time chatting with them and making them laugh until they go back to their homes by school or by their parents’ car. I like that time and I enjoy mixing up with these noble children. My mother’s stall would be closed at about 3 pm….hmm….to be continued.huhu
What Is BMI?
BMI is the acronym for Body Mass Index. It is an index of weight in relation to height. It is calculated by dividing the square of weight by height [1];
Each of us appears to have a set point, or steady state, around which body weight is regulated. These are the average current values of BMI and the indications:
Optimal Weight = 18.5 - 25
Underweight = < 18.5
Overweight = > 25
*< 17.5 = aneroxia nervosa or related disorders
> 30 = Obese
>40 = Morbidly obese

So, what is your BMI value? Analyze it and take further actions if you find that it is not optimal

Gaining Success? What For?
As usual, I am not giving success to you but I am stimulating you to think about gaining it. Again, I am not giving solution to you, but I am stimulating your mind to think about the best solution for yourself. Are you ready to think? Let us think together.
- Do you want success?
- Have you define your success?
- If that success is really what you are looking for, then for what?
- If you do not gain that success, then what?
- Finally, how?
People are talking about success and therefore you want to talk about it also. Then, do you understand what are you talking about? Which direction are you going for? Are you having your own goal or are you pursuing others’ goals? When we talk about success, most of us are eager to have it as their main objectives living in this world but some of us are actually blur and just becoming a follower. Now, let us be a thinker. If you want success, define it now. What kind of success are you searching for and is it the thing that you actually have to aim for? If not, what is it then?
After defining your success and you are really clear about that, list the importance of achieving that success. After you have got the success, then what it has to do with yourself? Does it provide a final satisfaction or does it just something unclear? If you still cannot answer this question, think further and make your list of reasons.
Let say you do not gain that success, will it lead to the end of your life? Hmmm…How about others? Will they get some effects from your failure? Make sure you are certain with the answers. These answers are going to affect your action after this (if you really want to change yourself for the better future).
Finally, define how you are going to achieve your success that you have defined before. What it takes to make that goal become real and practical? You should know your own abilities in making this goal achievable.
Others can give us advice and help us defining our direction of life, but we are the one who live our life. So why wait for others to change us? Change our own self. Now! Not later.
